Bought another hose and soaked the plot, no more carrying water.
Saw frass on the vine while watering, dug 4 or 5 svb out of the vines again.
Sprayed the plants with 20% milk solution today for the PM.
Milk seems to have limited the spread of the PM to only the leaves that were infected from the begining.
