I performed a major operation this morning by pulling up the main past the pumpkin. I then pulled it back and adjusted the vine so the the pumpkin will not hit it as it grows. I buried the vine with some Dr. Earth starter fertilizer and covered it with soil and compost. It was the hardest decision that I had to make yet this season but it went really easy! I also cut the last 3.5 feat off of the mane. Torrential rain last night and tonight. No splits please.
