Heavy thunderstorm rolled in late last night. Covered up the pumpkins, and both are fine this morning. Will have to adjust 1149 Pukos main vine tonight. It's getting mighty close to the pumpkin at this point. Should be fine to adjust it and maybe take care of a couple more tap roots.

Will do a measurement tonight and fertilizer treatment as well as spray both pumpkins with fungicide just to be on the safe side.

Due to get some really cold temperatures for August tonight, will have to cover pumpkins with blankets for the first time I can ever remember in August. After tonight tho a mini heat wave comes in. Hopefully pumpkins will pick up the pace and start adding on some pounds.
