here is a sideview of georgie (1041 identification in case the sarcastic grower who deems it scientifically immoral <scientifically immoral is an oxymoron for a moron, just kidding, i am being sarcastic> to call a pumpkin some silly name like that from a tv show). this is my boy georgie "can'tstandja" costanza at 40 days. i don't like the chances of stem rot or blossum rot since losing "laney" and the tarp went up as well as a white sheet. this will keep the bottom of the pumpkin dry now too as it starts heading home. also, have had 2 comforters over the bigger kins on the cool nights. 50 at this time of year and growth stage warrants the concern.
