newman is still going at 5" per day the past 3 days and is 79" circ on day 23. smallest grower of the patch early on but has stayed with impressive numbers even though heavy cloud coverage 2 out of the last 3 days. hopefully it will continue to be the long slow steady chugging pumpkin. and it is a pretty kin at this point and will probably be a nice looker but maybe ribby which could cause it to go light.
