Yesterday unfortunately we lost the 998 with a split on the stem. Were not entirely sure why it happened but it was very thin where it split. It had put on 147lb this week and was about300lb.To add insult to injury we had cut off all the other pumpkins and growing tips the day before. Looking on the bright side, it has pollinated all of our other pumpkins and we set a side vine pumpkin and the last one on the main vine will be done tomorrow.
Moving on, our 1041in the glass house on day 31 tapped 238 inches up 165lb for the week and 293lb
