RAIN RAIN RAIN ! This stinks my patch has been clobbered with hot hot days that are burning the crap out of my 1100 Hester and wet wet cold nights the worst possible things you can get I have fruit set on the 1502 and the 1334 as well as the K-11 plant 3 on the 1502 and 2 each on the others. Very slow fruit and vine growth over the last few days. I am not sure of the effectiveness of my spraying program because of the downpours we have had over the last 2 weeks. I have lots of pumpkin roots showing at the ground surface because of the wet soil and weeds are staring to grow good as well. We have had heavy rain each day for 2 weeks straight. I hope things change soon or my chance at 1000 pounds will wash out with the rain.
