True to my expectations, I noticed a female forming at the tip of the Stidwill plant last night. I want to cross it with the Jutras 1689, but my problem will be getting mature flowers off it for pollination. The Stidwill plant is 2-3 weeks ahead in growth. I may have to self this female(should be at 11 or 12 feet) and wait for a later one to get the cross I want.
