On May 2nd I filed, soaked, and planted one of the 1317 seeds in sterile potting soil and place on the grow mat. I kept the temperature at 85 degrees. The other 1317 was just stuck about an inch deep in the patch on May 5th - no filing, no soaking, no heaters or soil cable. Can you tell the difference between the two? Bugs ate the cots off both off them, but I don't think that will set them back.
