Here is a close up of the moldy cots. The soil stuck on them like a gummy mess. I have never had good luck with peat pots. Don't know why I used them. I also will never use this seed starter mix for pumpkins again. The mix I used earlier this year was much better. This pumpkin will be OK. It is getting tiny new leaves.
