Brian's boys Noah left and Josh right were a big help.
Sites were prepared by digging a pit about a foot or so deep by 30-36" in diameter, then back filling with a mixture of 10 year old sheep manure, peat moss and amended top soil and mounding up about a foot or so above grade and sloping outwards about 4ft in diameter. The mounds are covered with black plastic before erecting the hoop houses, each mound got a couple pounds of kelp meal and about a half pound of humic acid.
