Well it is finally here, growing season 2008. After all of the research, seed selection, and most importantly new friendships our patch is tilled and the seeds are germed. We mowed our winter rye last weekend and this is a pic today after our second till. We will still be knocking down some rye stragglers for the next couple of weeks but what they add to the patch is well worth it.
