Well it has not been such a lucky year for germinating this year. The 783 Daletas Swelled than stopped, The 884 Calai I believe was immature. When I peeled it open, the endosperm was dry and brown. The 1049 Koch germinated but failed to get a tap root, although it is still fighting to survive. Started a 943 Kenndey to go in place of the 783( it better be Orange Wayne :) Will throw a 451 Engel in the spot that was designated for the 884. Plus I started a 494 Nueville* to replace the 1049. On the good side of things the 455 Andrews is thriving in the greenhouse. It has huge cotyledons, and is starting its first leaves. The 869 seems to be happy in the hoophouse. It gets a night light, and has heat cables to stay snuggly warm. Got to come up with a thermostatic type vent that open and close next year.
