Today we raced against Jesuit on there Track I ran the 1500, the 3000, the 4x400 Relay (1600 Relay), and I also attempted Pole Vault. My time for the 1500 was 5:06, My time for the 3000 was 10:55, My teams 4x400 Relay time was 4:15 -My split was about 68 seconds mabey a second or 2 faster.
In the Pole Vault you get 3 attempts, My first 2 attempts were not even over the bar, My third and final attempt I got upto my butt over the bar and didnt fully make it over knocking the bar down causing a NH (No Height?).
It started at 5`6 the rest of the meets will start at 5`0 and I should be able to clear thoes.I only had 2 days of practice before this meet with Pole Vault and only one of thoes day was practicing going over the bar the coach was happy with my progress.
