I ran the 800, the 3000, and 4x400 Relay (1600 Relay). My time in the 800 was 2:34, My time for the 3000 was 11:17, My teams 4x400 relay time was 3:48 - My split I belive was 65 seconds or a little faster. ~Jordan~
