started first giant pumpkin seeds 2 Bosworth '07 and 1 Porier '07
filed edges and started within paper towels in a zip lock. I've been looking for good soil recommendations. I dug a 4'*4' whole with a 2' whole in the center. My plan is to replace soil with manure rich pro-mix and some chunky organic compost. I'll add some extra fermiculite and sandy gravel towards the lower half of hole. I want the pumpkin in the ground on May 10. I'm in the northeast.
