I popped the Long Gourd seeds that we plan to grow in the freezer last night. This includes 1 x 127 Urena, 1 x 126 Jutras, 3 x 116 Lyons, 1 x 114 McGregor and 1 x 104 Eaton. We are hoping for 3 good plants. Also the into the freezer went the 1041 McKie pumpkin seed.
We plan to start most of our seeds around the 23rd-25th of April. As the season seems a little backwards we may hold off a few more days than we had planned.
All snow is gone now. The patch is very wet but no water is ponding and the tile are running. The winter wheat and rye came threw the winter well. I still undecided weather to till under the rye or burn down the rye and leave it on top for multch.
I plan to start the seeds aprox april 23rd
