Today we went on an organized Saturday Team run at Washington Park by the Oregon Zoo.Which was about 10 miles and I ran it in 60 miniutes.Thats an average of about 6:00 miniutes a mile.We got chocolate milk and Doughnuts after the run.The coach was impressed and happy with my run.
There were lots of other runners at the park and a got a high five as I passed by one during my run.
