Here is my latest school project... we had to make the truck portion of a train that would be able to pull 1000lbs and had be gasoline electric powered. It pulled 1000lbs no problem, i was the first in the school to ever actually pull 1000lbs ..lol, i used a 120volt 1hp hay elevator motor connected to a 10 hp generator... worked like dream :)
