This year I hope to grow two competition pumpkin plants in an attempt to grab the European title. Last year I finished 2nd and 3rd with a 1256 and 1234*.
I also hope to grow three squash for a small genetics project I will be working on for a few years.
I will also be growing two additional pumpkins, mainly for genetics as growing outside in Holland is pretty much impossible.
Still no permit for the greenhouse, but I will find out in March if the community garden board will allow it without a permit.
I haven't got all of the seeds I hope to plant yet, but this is the setup I have planned.
I have 4 plots at the community garden: a double plot and two single plots. They are all relatively close together. I hope to use an additional adjacent vacant plot for my genetics plants, bringing the total number of plots up to five (about 7700 sq ft).
