What a weekend! Today is my 30th birthday and there is much to celebrate, like mowing my very own lawn for the first time and finishing the hoop houses to grow pumpkins in dirt that I can call my own. Tomorrow I'm going to sample my soil again and also the additional loads of mushroom soil I got before deciding whether to use it during the season or wait till fall. I made the decision to build hoops for two out of 4 of the plants, because I'm not quite sure what I'm doing yet and don't want to burn all of my plants during the day. I will post my final lineup soon- seed starting next Saturday and planting scheduled for around May 7th.
