Things continue to chug along in the patch. All three of my 'keepers' are putting on around 20lbs per day. The pumpkin located on the main vine of the 656 Bhaskaran is slowly catching up to the LeGras pumpkin and if it was early to mid August instead of being late August I would be getting excited about this one. The weather looks as if it will cooperate for at least the next week so there is still an out side chance of beating my personal best (514), but they will probably have to weigh heavy to do it.
