Another thing I learned is to keep these plants as warm as possible. with the heater, they don't see below 60 F at night and it has made a difference.
The hothouse will stay on the plant for as long as I can expand it. I think maybe 3 weeks is the max I can get out of this hothouse, with expansions, before I have to let it out into the night cold. Hopefully by then we will have consistent nights in the 50's. If all goes well, I could be pollinating by the end of March.
