Here is my last chance to set the MD record with an official weight, this fruit is on the 669 Muller and is crossed with 603 Muller. I cannot get a good circ measurement due to the size but let's just say that it is quite large and looks very heavy. The walls thump like steel. Although the plant is growing in a sea of weeds, the pumpkin continues to grow and is getting nice color. I took the shade tarp away so that it will show really good in 2 weeks at the Frederick fair. I can only promise that the fruit will be over 300 pounds but I won't be surprised if it approaches 500. It is a great looking pumpkin, thanks Mark. We hear it over and over, but I should note that this plant was a backup, and I went with it as a last resort. 603 all the way.
