After reading TomV's post I checked the stump of my 781 today and found a SVB embedded in frothy mush. I had to cut about 1/3 of the stump out and in this humidity I don't expect it to heal. It smelled so bad. I don't have any fungicide paste and no extra time to tend to the problem with the upcoming move this weekend. There's just too much for me to handle right now- moving, new job, plus a death in the family today. On the brighter side the 1230 fruit measured 141 OTT today, est 69.3 lbs, a 12 lb gain day 16.
