The first striped cucumber beetle of the season, found today on the 781 Frantz. He was still alive but hey, I have to give some MERIT to the SEVIN because he wasn't capable of flying off when I picked him up turned him into beetle stew! If I see more tomorrow, and not accompanied by several dead ones on the ground and plant, out comes more Sevin. In other news, the 669 Muller is embarassing the 853 Wallace. 669 so far has been a perfect plant and seems to want to lay down by itself with only 4 leaves on it. 853 has one more week sorry fellow SNGPG
