This has not been a good couple of days, problems in the veggie garden, First shown in pic. is a split running with the grain as noted before in a previous entry does not appear to be deep or slowing growth of the plant. shown in next pic is another split exactly on the other side of the vine. and again is smaller than the first and does not appear to affect the plant, however should I train a secondary behind the splits to be a main vine.
