Hi all.Well here we go,my first ever pumpkin diary ( my,our.Let me explain, i have a twin brother called Stuart and we have always grown and shown the pumpkins together.So it is my diary but both of our pumpkins. Two years ago we beat the British record with a 819lb beast, we held the record for a whole two weeks LOL .Last years largest pumpkin was only 719lb and we would like to get the record back, so is this the year?Its looks like we have a great line up of seed this year, and it needs to be as we only have 4 patches, 2 inside and 2 out.Anyway more about the seed later.My first photo is off one of our inside patches.All 4 patches have had 1.5 tons of well rotted manure each and are already dug and ready to go.So good luck this and we will speak soon.
