Closer roof shot of the 753 Lloyd and 1097.5 Beachy. 753 fruit more visible in this shot, nice yellow, seems set, but has bad angle and a slow grower so far - 12" circ 7 days old. Total of 5 fruit to choose from between 10 and 20 foot, prolific! Leaf damage is noticable, not too bad. This plant has about 20x16 foot = 320sqft. I'll be running one secondary up towards the blue bucket right into the corner, gaining more leaf area, plus the main onto the grass, should be able to get the leaf area close to 500sqft, one fruit only, will be interesting!
The 1097.5 Beachy is growing strong, a big triangle. Small very solid leaves, some of the vines a growing up to the point of breaking, getting hard to train. The main is the same, very delicate, it already has a small split in it 10 foot out. 2nd female on the main should open in 3 days, about 13 foot out, main vine is out 15 foot. The plant will cover just under 500sqft, one fruit!
