Looking for some advice...my 1348 pumpkin has a very concave bottom, this is what it looks like underneath. I have not removed any sand from underneath, it just lifted itself up as it grew. My question is when transporting this pumpkin, should I stuff some styrofoam or blanket underneath it to give it some support below? There is likely a couple hundred pounds of fruit underneath that is suspended in the air, my concern is that if we hit a hard bump on the road it could cause it to crack underneath.
