I built my wooden tripod today! My harness has been in for weeks. My 4000 lb chain fall has arrived. On paper I'm ready for my first lift on Friday for the Marshfield fair.
24 hour update on those concerning spots - the good news is that that spot is dry and the fan has dried out everything the air can reach. The color has improved and the skin is as of now hard to the touch.
