The RST rootstock has developed bronzed and ultimately failing leaves in two different trials. The other rootstock are green and impressive. I dont know if this is soil disease related or a nutrient sensitivity or what. It might be a good rootstock for a different situation but it seems to not be working here. It's funny because this is the first time I can tell the different rootstock apart. Prior to this I had no clue which rootstock were superior.
It developed the same bronzing in a different area with sufficient fertilizer and no weeds. It looks like low nitrogen but I think it's actually a sodium/potassium conflict or something. So far, the other rootstocks are not visibly sensitive to the same issue.
