Plants are in the ground! I intended to get them out yesterday but found once I had all three lights, heating cables and heaters running the breaker would trip. So I delayed planting by a day and got anonther circuit going and another big extension cord. I would like to dig in an electric line and install a sub panel at the patch but I have not got that done yet.
This is the 2531 Stelts. I started 2 and one looks way better than the other so I put the good one in the center and the poor one off to the side just as a little extra insurance for the next week. I don't want to let plants grow together very long, I know that in corn roots sense other corn plants roots and this limits root development, I would guess pumpkins would do that as well so no more than a week of having 2 plants growing together for me.
