To plant or not to plant, that is what's taking over my mind today. I was planning to let them stay in the peat pots for a full 14 days (Day 14 is on Monday) but I'm thinking it might be best to go ahead and transplant on Saturday or Sunday. It's only a day or two difference, but at the rate they're growing inside, I don't want to wait until it's too late. If the weather app is anything to go by, the highs will be in the 80s this weekend and will continue in that trend into next week. The weather guy at our local station posted that we've seen our last frost until Fall, so they should be good to go outside as the lows are only supposed to dip into the 60s from here on out. Plus, I have little 2' x 2' greenhouses that I'm going to put over them immediately, so they should be warm enough if I do it this weekend. My concern is that the weather in Alabama is so fickle. It can be hot and humid one day and snowing the next, so very hard to predict accurately. I think the little greenhouse covers should be okay at least for a week or two, so I think we'll be okay and I'm just worrying for nothing haha I'll be a little sad to not have them in the house anymore, though. I really love being able to just walk by and check them every hour or so when I'm getting up to stretch my legs or take the pups out. I just know I'm going to be making frequent trips outside every single day to check on them once they're transplanted. My main worry now is not that I'll under-do it, it's that I'll overdo it >.<
