							| Grass Seed "Cover Crop" Getting Established
Seeding heavy and keeping the area well-watered helps keep the time to cover the soil to a minimum. Seeing this level of coverage 14-days after seeding is encouraging as this time of year it can be a risk to plant grass seed with the ever-shortening days and colder and colder nights.

However, based on past experience it is worth taking the risk and seeding as typically the weather will be just favorable enough to get the grass to a self-sustaining level of maturity.
