Gmo purple x giant tomato. Norfolk Plant Sciences owns the purple gene insert, so presumably they own this cross as well! My friend has permission, at least verbally, to breed their tomatoes but that means absolutely nothing legally speaking. I'll have to contact them before distributing their product!!! This is why GMO's are no fun...
