I pollinated 2 more blooms today so with any luck I should have a reasonable chance at having a pumpkin growing by next weekend. I'm not sure when I'll cull the first one but, I do have one that was pollinated 9 days ago that seems to be growing now. I cut back on the fertilizer this week because last year it seemed like several may have aborted from over fertilizing during the two week pollination period.
