....an ice bath, just a VERY cold water bath. The water was roughly 40 to 45 degrees. I stayed in for 13 minutes.I will try to post a you tube video. I was recorded in time lapse.
There was definately some improvement for next year's 2nd Annual Giant Pumpkin Cold Dip.
