Welcome to clay busters… after composting and digging it’s time for a long rest… Patch is now put to bed. Finished the strenuous hand turning of the entire patch. Spread a few of yards or more of Peat, sand and vermiculite by now. Took pleasure in broadcasting in 2 X-Large - 22 pound bags of fluffy perlite for a potential Honey hole planting site. On Friday last week I Sprayed in 3 - 1 gallon jugs using another litter of Ante Jemima with a large Moron helping of Humic Acid and compost accelerator. Then Flung out a few pounds of winter wheat across the deeply dug dirt. Into the dark the crevasses the seeds fell. The deep dig has created a ripped patch that bacteria love. Germination is for wheat is late hoping El-Nino works out nicely. GLTA
