Usually the frosty air is outside my patch (on the meadow), and the flow of icy air into my pumpkin patch area should have been hindered by the tall cover crop (phacelia and mustard), but this time it hasnīt helped too much. Well, maybe it has helped, maybe without that cover crop my pumpkin plants would be completely dead now.
