I think I gave my cabbage too much nitrogen. Actually it is Walking stick cabbage or Jersey kale. Used to make canes and apparently can be used as lumber. Takes about 3 years to fully mature but probably will not over winter here. would be good for anybody that likes to make things. It is edible
