The amazing 1885 will stay in the patch until next week when we lift the Spanish pumpkin. Today was DAP90 and tapes a mind blowing 2804lbs and averaged 7lbs a day for the last ten.
I guess we would have had to cut her off anyway because there�s only one inch left on the OTT chart. Just saying.
It�s going to take time for both of us to get over this pumpkin. The 1885 tends to throw out 50% white and 50% orange, well it did in our patch. Because of the fantastic shape and colour we are already working in cloning it for next year.
