Phenomenally good weather. Best stretch of January weather I can remember it has felt like March. Bees were getting pollen steadily today.
Harvested the potatoes which were companion planted with corn. Definitely going to do this again. The only thing I should have done different would be to harvest the potatoes before the winter rains get them extra dirty. At the end of summer the dirt wont be as caked onto them. Plus, fewer losses to bugs and rodents.
I could water and fertilize a bit heavier, but still it was productive enough to show that food security is within reach.
