The final weight (6 and a half weeks since we picked it) was 523 lbs. (estimated weight of 507 lbs.) Not bad for absolutely no care.
We cut it up and made some of it into soup. The pub also wanted a bit of the flesh although I'm not sure if they served it to customers.
Cross was 265 Hochstetler x 2014 Paton. I will absolutely grow this seed... someday.
