Well i decided to measure the gutter for a bench mark and the top of the gutter is 9 feet 6 inches to the ground. The dirt level in my 5 gallon pot is 8 inches deep. So that makes my 5 gallon sunflower plant 9 feet tall right now and still no flower bud.
I think John Buttler is still the guy to beat, he is about 3 weeks ahead of me and he is around 15 feet right now. As long as i dont get a flower bud to early i hope i can give John Buttler a run for his money !!! I am now hoping that i will get 20 feet or more from this plant !!!
