Today I noticed this weirdness happening on the vines next to the stump.
These are splits in the vine, with some odd puffiness coming out.
It�s not foaming, because it isn�t wet.
It�s almost totally dry, and you can�t scrape it away, because it�s a solid part of the vine. The only way to remove it is to cut it with a sharp knife. It�s a solid material.
