Happy 4th of July Weekend all.
I went down to the plot this morning and put about four hours in, my longest day there thus far. Fully weeded the entire plot, pruned tertiaries, terminated secondaries, started to curve the main, added three pounds of granular, buried vines, spoon fed, and a bit of water. Some lime green after the last few days of no sun, cold temps, and tons of rain.
Apparently the garden was created on what was a neglected part of the park years ago. There is still some broken glass that I encounter while vine burying.
Hopefully we can get some sustained sunny weather that is not either 100 or 56 degrees and rain like the last week was.
