One Less Skunk this morning - Something was eating my Hubbard & Banana Squash. Harvested them yesterday, but left one Hubbard & one Banana Squash they had nibbled as Decoys - Set out the trap last night with some big marshmallows ( Guess they have a sweet tooth) - This year put the other veggies away from my pumpkins because last year a skunk chewed my pumpkin 2 weeks before the weigh-off and it went into the cavity- rot, leakage and a horrible smell within days. Nothing like the smell of rotting pumpkin. Who can forget that horrible smell.
