Growth curve is flattening out. Looks like 1000 may still be possible before 60 DAP, I sure hope so. Trying to resuscitate her a little, gave her a foliar of silica and Azos. Also worm tea plus Azos through the drip lines. Began watering again today for first time since the hail storm. Praying for a little jump in the lb/day. The remaining leaves look like shit and are riddled from the hail. Windy day yesterday broke over more stalks that had chunks blown out from the hail but were still standing after the storm. To be expected I guess. Suckers starting to shoot out all over, must be the opening of the canopy and sunlight having a direct shot. I was seeing some squash bug egg clusters just before the storm, so will probably follow up with a Neem application tomorrow. Still got plenty of roots, just so few solar panels to run the pump. Don't think they are going to hang on much into fall, so I have to get the most I can now.
