This is Mr. Urena - 12 DAP . This year has been challenging. The heat , the lack of female flowers on the main vine , seems to be 5 ft between each main vine flower. The secondaries are popping off a female flower every single day - so I've been snipping them off daily. I'm behind on burying all the vines. The plant was slower than the Geddes but seems to be catching up quickly. How many hours a day can you spend tending your pumpkins-not including the one hour of just looking at the darn things.
